Wendy Byford

Wendy Byford spent three decades in the corporate world of sales, consulting and customer support, helping large international customers solve complex business issues. In the last 7 years of her corporate career, she built and managed international teams that specialized in pushing the envelope to do things that had never been done before.

To bring these teams together with a single focus, Wendy led her people to establish a common purpose, vision, values, goals and operational plans. She taught her employees to focus on the result to be accomplished, not on the mistakes along the way, and to go the extra mile. Wendy coached both managers and individual contributors, and found her highest reward in watching people do what they thought was impossible.

In 2002 Wendy left Corporate America to do real estate investing, where she met many people who were either starting companies or struggling to grow companies that had been in operation for a few years. Based upon her corporate experience and the learnings from starting her own LLCs, Wendy has now gone back to her first love, helping people develop and successfully create their dreams. Wendy is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, the Social Register of Las Vegas, and is a director of the Las Vegas Real Estate Investors Association. She has worked with several coaches, including Keith Cunningham, Loral Langemeier and Bob Proctor, and is herself a Certified LifeSuccess Coach and a small business consultant.
