Michael Carbonare

Michael Carbonare has been gainfully unemployed since 1991. Thanking his boss for having just fired him from his outside sales rep position, he followed his heart and decided to pursue his fortune as a creative real estate investor and entrepreneur. Starting the “old school” way, he quickly realized there had to be a better way to earn real estate profits than by buying, fixing, making payments on vacant properties and dealing with tenants and toilets. That way, he discovered, is Lease Purchasing, and it has been his primary method of real estate investing since 1996. Since then, Michael has been involved in over 400 real estate deals, most of which utilized the very methods he teaches to his students: controlling properties without cash, without using his own credit, and without going to banks with hat in hand, begging for financing.


Michael not only does his own deals, but now writes, speaks nationally at seminars and to Real Estate Investment Groups, and offers personal mentoring and training to individuals looking to improve their financial well being and secure a better future for themselves and their families. He speaks and teaches from his experiences gained on the street as an investor, out in the real world. He owns Carbo Properties, LLC, for his lease purchase real estate transactions. His other company, The Naked Investor, LLC is all about teaching, learning, doing, and having fun as he teaches new real estate investors to become successful using the lease purchase techniques he has used and refined over the years.
